I did the 3-day beginner course. Before I had no experience in freediving, but my instructor Dino has explained everything very precisely and demonstrated where I have to pay attention. The course consists of 2 theory blocks and 3 practical lessons in different cenotes, where we were partially even all alone (away from the tourist crowds). The first two lessons were simply about learning the techniques, breathing and gaining safety and confidence in diving. Without any previous experience I was able to reach a depth of over 20m on day 2. I would have never thought I could do that, or rather I was not aware of what I can do with my body. Taking the last breath, then diving into the depths of the cenote, letting your eyes wander, "floating" in the water and then resurfacing to end this journey between two breaths is just a mega cool experience that I can recommend to everyone! On day 3 we went to the cenote Jardin del Eden, which is "only" about 5 meters deep, but has a lot of fish, rock formations and some small caves and passages, which we explored extensively. Dino was responsive to my needs throughout the course and adapted the lessons to my progress and energy level. I am completely satisfied with the course and the results, thank you! :)

Great first freediving experience with Dino as a super nice instructor. Explained the various breathing techniques and first steps into freediving excellent and I can really recommend this course. We were a party of 3, all with different diving experience and he took the time for everyone of us so all of us were very satisfied with that freediving experience.

The freediving course was amazing! My boyfriend and I did it this past weekend and we loved it. I had been looking forward to trying freediving for a while and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. It was fun and very educational and Dino was a great instructor! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and I can tell he was passionate about what he was teaching. We are excited to start training on our own and will definitely be back for some coaching sessions! If you come to Yucatan, I highly recommend diving with Dino. I went training with him in the cenotes to work on my skills and some mental blockages. Very successfully, I have to add! He is well organised and a very fine, calm person, who takes his time and listens to all your needs. Loved the fun dives in Kin-Ha and Siete Bocas. The tour was well organised and Dino made me feel at ease both in and outside the water. He told me a lot about the cenotes and showed me all the cool spots on site. I will definitely be back!

I took snorkeling to Cenotes tour with Dino and it was amazing! Such a great and different experience. Dino provides all the equipment and snacks and he is really good instructor who knows all the hidden spots of Cenotes. I felt very safe and entertained!
